Denki Video LLC provides video marketing, video production, and advertising management services. Specific project details, pricing, and deliverables are defined in individual service agreements.

3c. Carrier Disclaimer / No Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Denki Video LLC is not responsible for any charges, errors, or delays in SMS delivery or any actions taken in reliance on the messages.

3d. Age Restriction (18+)

By opting in to receive SMS communications from Denki Video LLC, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and authorized to enroll the provided phone number to receive text messages. If you are not 18 (or the age of majority), you may not opt in.

4. Intellectual Property

All creative content, scripts, video files, and deliverables remain the property of Denki Video LLC until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership transfers as outlined in the client’s service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Denki Video LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or communications.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
